Build | Intel. was formed by professionals who have spent decades inside the construction and property ecosystem, building, investigating, estimating, managing risk, and watching where systems succeed and where they quietly fail.
Over time, we saw the same problems repeat themselves: expertise mismatched to assignments, conclusions driven by scale instead of fit, and external pressures reshaping outcomes without accountability. We didn’t set out to build a larger firm; we set out to build a better one.

Our purpose is to close the gap between intent and outcome in complex construction and property matters.
Too often, decisions with significant financial, legal, and operational consequences are shaped by incomplete information, misaligned expertise, or processes that prioritize speed and scale over precision. Poor estimates, unclear scope, and improperly matched expertise introduce downstream risk. Risk that later emerges as disputes, bad‑faith exposure, failed investments, or operational failures.
